History Lena's Food Market was established over 35 years ago by Bezelee and Lena Martin who operated their neighborhood store on W. North Avenue in Milwaukee. Over the years the store and the Martin family's commitment to the community has grown tremendously. Currently Lena's Foods has become one of Milwaukee's community institutions now with six convenient supermarket locations throughout Milwaukee.
